Our third public running day proved popular, passenger numbers remained steady throughout the day & ‘Andrew’s Tours’ proved very popular! The Paint Shop at the Bathgate Locomotive Works has been taking advantage of the recent hot weather to do a spot of painting: ‘Maude’ is looking resplendent in the coat of heat resistant black paint. A super successful day with the Rolls Royce Enthusiast Club, bringing along a wonderful selection of cars for all to see. With the easing of CoVid restrictions we took the opportunity to open for the public on Sunday, 1st August to showcase the progress on developing the site.
