On Wednesday 23rd August 2023, the Almondell Model Engineering Centre was officially opened after 10 years of hard work by a dedicated group of members from the Edinburgh Society of Model Engineers. On Sunday 4th June, we operated our second public open day this year. The weather was good and we were kept busy with passengers all day. The final number carried being 678 passengers.
