After an enforced gap due to CoVid, the easing of restrictions meant that once again the SRPS could run their Santa Trains and ESME were invited to participate. With the easing of Covid restrictions this year’s meeting was held for the first time in the Heritage Centre & Museum building at Almondell. Tree clearing. Thinning out. Felling ‘leaners’. Shifting logs. Call it what you like, but managing the woodland can be hard, hot, physical. Our third public running day proved popular, passenger numbers remained steady throughout the day & ‘Andrew’s Tours’ proved very popular!
